While we provide the tools to store and organize information, Our Venue Customers are responsible for deciding why and how they collect details from their own guests. They are also responsible for making sure they have the proper legal permission to handle that information.

Because we provide the software for Our Venue Customers, any requests from guests to access or delete their data must be sent directly to the venue or business where they made their booking. We will work closely with Our Venue Customers to help them complete these requests quickly and accurately.
