Event Booking Engines provides cloud-based event booking software for venues, hotels, restaurants, caterers, and hospitality groups. The Service includes, but is not limited to, event scheduling, customer management, and online booking functionalities.
To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment is due upon the agreed-upon schedule. We hold the right to suspend your service if we do not receive payment.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including but not limited to the software, designs, and content, are owned by Event Booking Engines or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the Service without express written permission.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
